Hoha Fitness Grounded Bow is one of the best brunch spots I’ve visited in East London. The atmosphere is bright, modern, and welcoming, with a relaxed vibe that makes it perfect for catching up with friends or enjoying a solo coffee. I ordered the Beef Full English Breakfast, and it was excellent, generous, well cooked, and full of flavour. Everything on the plate tasted fresh, and you could tell real care goes into the ingredients. The coffee here is also a highlight: smooth, strong, and perfectly prepared. Overall, Grounded Bow delivers on quality, service, and atmosphere, I’ll definitely be back to try more from the menu, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and tasty brunch in East London

Julian White My opinion best Chinese in Tonbridge. Proper tasty noodles. Egg fried rice, dark like it should be and egg you can actually see. It was all lovely. My only small criticism would be the sweet and sour, a little too sweet .

Lauryn Mars I’ve been going to Sapori for about three years now since we moved to London, I’m not a review person, but this place honestly is the best. Tonight there was a mess up with uber and I have to say we got there in the end and I was very happy and full. The steak sandwich is to die for by the way. Just saying. I’m pretty sure it was Joy? (Gioia?) I spoke to on the phone, what a guy. Give him a raise. Hilarious too. Keep smashing it guys. Lots of love xoxoxo

Shah hussain Finally, something to get excited about in Rainham! I checked out the newly opened Burger Joint on Upminster Road South and was seriously impressed. I ordered the Miami Drizzle Burger, Saucy Doner with fries, fried wings, and the Miami Drizzle wings — everything was spot on. The Miami Drizzle Burger and the fried hot wings were absolute standouts, and the Saucy Doner was a winner too. Service was excellent from start to finish. If you’re local, I definitely recommend giving this place a try. I’m planning to work my way through the menu one week at a time. Hats off to you fellas — keep up the great work!

Home Hair Thank you so much for a fantastic evening. We were a large group ordering lots of food, we had some late comers and all ordering different amounts of courses. We were catered to fantastically and all with a smile and ‘nothing is too much hassle’ attitude. I would absolutely recommend this pub for both the quality of food and the service. Shaik Khaled Absolutely Delightful Experience! Yesterday, I visited this amazing nizam mandi shop, and I must say—it completely won my heart! The place is warm, inviting, and truly charming. I tried their Chicken Manchurian, and it was simply wow—bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The Mutton and Chicken pieces in the Mandi were incredibly soft, tender, and juicy, making every bite a treat. If you’re looking for mouth-watering flavors, perfectly cooked meat, and a place that leaves you wanting more, this the nizam Mandi shop is a must-visit. Highly recommended!
