I’m not a liar I’ve provided clear proof that I ordered from you through Deliveroo, including the receipt and pictures. It was a £55 order because we trusted your food would be good. Unfortunately, after eating it, both me and my kids were unwell for two days.
Instead of calling a customer a liar, you should take this seriously and look into what might have gone wrong. I’ve already reported this to the food standards agency and have medical records from my GP and hospital visit to support what I’m saying.
I’ve eaten real shawarma many times, including on Edgware Road in London, so I know how it should taste and this was nothing like it. Regardless of taste, you should always use fresh chicken and handle food properly.
