5 /5 Raj Sookrah: I was a little dissapointed to be given a dirty table but sometimes you have to overlook stuff when other things are exceptional. Staff were great and attentive but the food.... The food was just out of this world.. I love bills and today was no exception. We left full and happy and it was worth every penny. We will be back again. Thank you to the bills staff who made it such an amazing experience!

4 /5 Kathleen Edwards: Visited today for the first time as an early Valentine’s meal. The food was lovely and our sharer starter and drinks arrived quickly, which was a great start. Liv and Eva were absolutely fantastic — friendly, attentive and a real credit to the restaurant. Please ensure they are recognised for their service. However, while waiting around 20 minutes for our mains, we witnessed a manager respond to a team member asking about our table’s food by shrugging and rolling her eyes. As someone who works as a Deputy General Manager in hospitality myself, I understand busy shifts and long days — but leadership behaviour sets the tone. It was uncomfortable to witness and not fair on the staff member who was simply asking a question. The manager was polite when speaking to us directly, but after seeing that interaction I was disappointed. I have submitted more detailed feedback separately and have asked for someone to contact me, as I do not wish for anything in return — only that this is addressed internally. Overall, we enjoyed the food and appreciate the hard work of the floor team.

5 /5 Kalista Sky: We had a wonderful lunch at this restaurant! The staff were very polite and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our visit. The food was delicious and generously portioned — we especially enjoyed the fish pie, chicken schnitzel, and salad. Overall, we were very satisfied and would definitely recommend this place to others.

5 /5 Laura Cumino: Ella and Lewis were so friendly and attentive, nothing was too much to ask. The food was incredible, doesn’t often happen that I have absolutely no complaints being such a fussy eater. The prosecco was a lovely birthday treat. I will absolutely visit again!

5 /5 ADG: The food at Bills is always excellent and the service was fantastic. Although we could not book online the team kindly found us a table after a short wait. The kids eat free during the holidays offer is such great value and as a solo adult with two children I really appreciated that both kids were included. The restaurant itself is spotless and overall the experience could not have been better. Absolutely five stars for both this restaurant and the Bills brand. And yes the pancakes are unbeatable!
