1 /5 L: Unfortunately, it was very disappointing. The newly opened place that used to be robins was a huge let down. We thought we’d try it. We had fish and chips and the batter was poor. Tasted bland and seemed uncooked. I wasn’t able to finish it. The chips were fine, not great but okay. There was a new staff member being trained but I think overall quality is poor. A lot of improvement has to be made. Unfortunately, I won’t be trying this again and will go for an alternative. Perhaps the non traditional fish and chips items tastes better. But for fish and chips, not for me I’m afraid. Staff were friendly but not enough for me to spend money here.

5 /5 anoop chandran: Visited the place on 15th Jan 2026. Excellent customer service by Sai. All foods are prepared fresh and live according to our order and HALAL. One can customise on the seasoning levels required while placing orders. I ordered cheese bites is a must try item. I tried cheese bites, egg and mirchi bajji. All were mouth watery and excellent taste. Cheese bites is a must try item. Because it’s freshly made and sizzling hot, wonderful aroma and taste is a highlight. Ambience is good. Overall excellent place. Must visit spot.

1 /5 Tom Thorn: Very poor food quality and staff have little English or broken English, meaning that the order is either completely wrong or is missing items. When you tell them the order is wrong, they waffle on and try to make excuses. Do yourself a favour and order elsewhere!

1 /5 Rick farrow: Disgusting food and people. Kebab cold, literally 5 strips of meat. Saveloy ice cold like from a fridge, not even sure if cooked. Slimy as well. Sausage in batter was like it had paper not batter, very strange. Chilli sauce was literally red thin water. Called Shop div on on phone said hed call back and never did. They closed straight away and turned phone off. £20 wasted and now gonna let everyone know to avoid these people. Embarrassing customer service

5 /5 Liton: I really enjoy visiting Chicha’s Restaurant. The staff are always very friendly and welcoming. I come here quite often and always have a great experience with the service and atmosphere.
