Honestly, you wont regret ordering from here or visiting the restaurant. The staff are incredibly friendly and the food is exquisite. Forget the rest, they are the best!

5 /5 Harrison Mattick: Came here for my birthday with my partner and had a lovely time. Really flavoursome authentic dishes and a nice touch with the bring your own bottle option with £3 corkage fee, although not drinking for this occasion. Credit to the manager who goes above and beyond with exceptional customer service. As someone who loves a vindaloo, I was very impressed... Curry Lounge means business! Great local cuisine and service with a smile. We will be back.

5 /5 Steven Hatton-Pocklington: This curry house is our favourite in Southampton and were lucky to have it a few minutes walk away. The owner is very friendly. The food has always been excellent. They do not sell alcohol. You can bring your own for £3pp charge. We usually bring a bottle of wine to share but Ive seen others bring multiple beers etc. They do sell soft drinks and non alcoholic alternatives.

4 /5 Simon Smith: Top curry dishes and owner lovely chap to chat to. No alcohol license but there is a £3 corkage fee per person. Spar next door and some great offer on IPA and larger for me.. I had the Madras (good balance of heat and spice) and I tasted the other curries, just to check the quality, and they are awesome too. The service was a little slow but we were in no hurry, I think they had a few takeaway orders to fulfil first. Cutlery is well used but clean, so bring your posh knives and forks... but its the curry thats the winner!!

1 /5 A K: So I ordinarily make my own from scratch curry because I got tired of rip off rubbish food from the many takeaways weve tried over the years. So being valentines day I thought Id have a break from the kitchen and wed chance having something authentic. Or so we thought it would be authentic... My curry at its worst is a 1000 times better than what weve been given tonight. 4 different currys that were nothing but overly spicy and so so bland like they were heated in a microwave, which the other giveaway for this was that after 15 mins of the food on our plates that it was still really hot and the plates the food were on got hotter still like the food was still cooking. Also a main dish was the same size as a side, clever con this is. The only size difference was the tubs they came in. Same amount of food, one almost double the price though. Ive had plain yoghurt with more flavour. These so called meals were Not worth the money and time waited for. Even the rice wasnt very flavoursome. I dont understand when its the only cuisine that you cook, why doesnt it come out amazing every time. Too quick to take big money for low standard food. Perhaps if you ate in house the food might be better cooked as you have to face the customer and cant have complaints with others listening. Anyway I think Ive made my point and clearly wont be ordering from here again or from all the other rubbish takeaways in Southampton that weve gone through. I shall happily take the time next time to make my own amazingly tasting fresh healthy curry cooked from scratch and fresh, with nothing even near a microwave.....
