Maja Fredriksson Eduardo and the crowd here are the most loving and welcoming and best servers/bartenders I’ve ever had, I’ve been a regular for years just because of our darling bartenders and staff at nam long. Cristina An exquisite place this is. My husband and I had a wonderful evening at Margaux, made even more special by the exceptional service from Tamara, Devora, Jake and Devon. Each of them was warm, attentive and genuinely kind, creating the perfect atmosphere from the moment we arrived. We ordered the smoked salmon, the duck breast and the chocolate bomb, and every dish was absolutely phenomenal. The flavours were refined and beautifully balanced, the presentation was impeccable and the portions just right. The bill came to a little over £100 and it felt truly worth every penny. Margaux is a gem where both the food and service are of the highest standard. We left feeling completely content and already planning our next visit.

Harry Lee Walked in randomly after many years of absence and ordered some takeaway. Had the chicken saag and was recommended the lamb vindaloo, both of which were very authentic and delicious. Accompanied by some steamed rice, the food was nothing short of amazing and will go back again very soon. They don’t serve alcohol, but allow BYO. The atmosphere is warm and homely. I remembered an elderly gentleman who used to own/operate the restaurant and so glad that the quality of the food has been maintained. The cost of the meal for an eatery in this area with such high quality food is ridiculously cheap. If you haven’t been, I would make a beeline asap.

Hosanna Fuller Ouellette Absolutely gorgeous hotel, bar and restaurant. The attention to detail is second to none. In a central location that still manages to feel like a tranquil oasis in the middle of London. Plenty of seating and a gorgeous back garden. Pippins has traditional but well executed British cuisine. Definitely coming back!

Claire Johnson We stayed at the Xenia Hotel (Autograph Collection by Marriott) and had breakfast included at La Terrazza, the hotel’s Italian restaurant. The buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of proteins, fresh fruit, espresso drinks, and homemade cakes—everything beautifully presented and plentiful. A special mention to Albino, who made the experience truly memorable. He was charming and attentive, and even spoke to me in Italian after learning that I’m studying the language. A wonderful start to the day and a genuinely standout breakfast experience.
