Iffy Rafiq The buffet food is delicious and worth the money you pay, just a shame the some of the staff dont have any manners and especially to those more mature than them, i.e their elders.

Ashley Taylor This is such a great little place. We ordered crispy beef which was yum. Special fried rice chow mein chicken balls sweet and sour chicken. Bbq ribs. Salt and pepper wings and we couldn’t fault it. Recommended by Keiron. Great shout!

Heather Elliott Had a brilliant experience. I had to give the waitresses my positive comments. The place was full of clients too. Service was quick, Rum Punch was real rum punch.. My steam fish reminded me of JA.. Please keep up the good work. It makes a difference receiving excellent service from a jamaican black business.

Laurence Bell Dellys Caribbean Food in Thornton Heather is the kind of place you visit once and immediately start planning your next trip back. From the moment you walk in, the aroma of slow-cooked spices, smoky grills, and freshly prepared sides sets the tone for a proper Caribbean experience. The staff greet you with warmth and genuine pride in their food, which makes the whole visit feel personal and welcoming. The menu is full of classics, but what truly stands out is the consistency. The jerk chicken is tender with just the right balance of heat and sweetness, and the seasoning tastes like someone’s family recipe handed down through generations. The curry goat is another highlight—rich, flavourful, and falling off the bone, paired perfectly with soft rice and peas. Even the simplest sides, like plantain and coleslaw, feel thoughtfully prepared rather than rushed. Service is quick without feeling rushed, and the portion sizes are generous enough that you always leave satisfied. Prices are fair, especially considering the quality and freshness of the food. Whether you’re grabbing a quick lunch, ordering takeaway, or sitting down for a hearty dinner, Dellys delivers every time. Overall, Dellys Caribbean Food offers some of the most authentic and delicious Caribbean flavours in the area. It’s a spot with real heart, amazing seasoning, and a team that cares about every plate they serve. Highly recommended.
