5 /5 Zhaneta Vulka: Amazing Italian Dining Experience! I had an incredible meal at GUSTO! From the moment we walked in, the warm ambiance and welcoming staff made us feel at home. The food was absolutely delicious—authentic, fresh, and full of rich flavors. The handmade pasta was perfectly cooked, and the sauces were bursting with depth. The pizza had a perfectly crispy crust with just the right balance of toppings. To top it off, the tiramisu was heavenly! Excellent service, cozy atmosphere, and top-notch Italian cuisine—highly recommended! Can’t wait to return!

5 /5 L M: Such a lovely ambient experience, when we first arrived we was early for lunch, and the lovely staff outback who cook and make the meals greeted us with big warm smiles and was genuinely happy to see us and said we we was welcome to sit anywhere just as the kind waitress came to seat us at the same time and offered us drinks and menus. The background music was relaxing and fitting for the atmosphere. As more people started to show they were greeted in the same way and seated, even as it got slightly busier the waitress was attentive to everyone! And I could see she even helped prep at the pass along side someone with plating and sauces along with multitasking many other things. The food arrived within a good respectable amount of time to wait for fresh food being prepared, time and care was taken on each dish right down to the plating! It all tasted fresh and delicious, and would return to try other dishes they offer which had a good variety to choose from and something for everyone! It would also be a nice place to choose for a special treat for a cozy birthday meal if you was considering somewhere nice to celebrate, which a table of ladies was there for that! A nice selection of drinks to choose from including cocktails and mocktails! Beers wines and champagnes. One small suggestion or kind request for the owners to consider if possible… maybe one choice of non alcoholic beer/ wine those are quickly becoming quite popular, I think it would be lovely for the person not drinking to still be able to join a drink with the people that may be are. (That is not a negative, just merely a little suggestion) Thank you for a lovely experience! We will be back very soon

5 /5 Karell Garnier: We came to eat with my husband and children. Honestly, when we try a new restaurant, we never know if well be disappointed or happy with our meal, but with Gusto Restaurant, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the service! The staff is truly attentive and kind! The quality of the food is simply exceptional we felt like we were in Italy. I recommend Gusto Restaurant 100%! We will gladly return regularly.

2 /5 Andrew Hall: Ok, its Twixmas and it might be a post-Christmas lull but this really wasnt a pleasant experience. I dont mind paying good money but this was way overpriced for what we were served. Ill start with the good - a decent Soave with fresh apple and almond notes. The waitress was very polite and the ambience was cosy. Onto the bad - a paltry starter of Padron peppers was poor. Sparse and underdone, and at a princely sum of £9.90! Sorry, the Spanish know how to cook these far better. My wifes goats cheese starter fared better. The cheese was pleasantly on the milder side but the beetroot felt like it came out of a jar. The token pieces of orange were a great contrast but the lack of this ingredient meant it yielded nothing. A £9 garlic focaccia was ok but simply not worth it! Onto the mains. The vegetarian risotto was pleasant, fresh and minty. However, my wifes prawn linguine was poor. Although the linguine was cooked beautifully there was no chilli or garlic, not even a hint. Our daughters Margherita was well received, although a tad too salty. We looked at the desserts but they were way overpriced. Almost £13 for a tiramisu or cheesecake was simply a stretch too far. As nice as our waitress was, our drinks werent kept topped up nor were we told about the specials of the day, if there were any. We really wanted to enjoy this restaurant and support a local business, but it simply didnt deliver for us on this occasion. For the prices I just cant recommend it, sorry. As far as Havering goes Id suggest Da Vincis for good Italian food or the Aviary for a wider variety of simply excellent dishes.

5 /5 Sikhpilot: What exceptional food and customer service. A must if you appreciate good honest Italian cuisine. The staff are tremendously welcoming and the hospitality really makes you feel at home. I enjoyed the Carbonara and Caprese salad, just sublime. The coffee too was just delicious. I had 2x espressos and my wife had a cappuccino. I wish this restaurant and its staff the very best. They are a gem of a restaurant in Gidea Park and I will be sure to recommend this place to friends and family. Luckily the owner was present and hes a wonderful host.
