4 /5 Murad Ahmed: This is my first visit to Harvester. Not a place I would normally go. I was pleasantly surprised. The food was pretty well cooked and plentiful. Especially if you went for 3 plates. Which was very good amount of food. The nachos were huge (spoilt by the sweet salsa) ask for the toppings on the side if possible. The jalapeño things were really nice actually. The prawns well crispy. The half rotisserie chicken was juicy and baby chicken style. The rosemary chips were great rustic style. For the price which I thought would be cheaper as it was a Harvester , it wasn’t. It was ok value. We got seated promptly. The atmosphere Sunday afternoon was ok. Too many kids for free refills and salad bar. But we could have moved. The salad bar is a novelty I remember from my student days going to Pizza Hut. It was ok. It was finished but when mentioned to staff it’s was quickly replenished. Service was friendly and on the ball for a small team. Cleanliness was ok. Our table had a lot of food scraps on the chairs. And the glasses looked a little iffy for quality or cleanliness. Overall would totally go back. Better prepared for what to order. As it’s a Sunday be aware some things are not on menu as their food delivery we were told is in the week and many things run out by Sunday. Especially the mixed grill and lamb.

5 /5 Emily Wright: Emily was lovely and very helpful. The food was delicious and the service was quick. They were also very good with dietry requirements. However, the salad bar could be topped up more regularly as there wasnt much option of some of the foods.

5 /5 Nirvanah Buchanan: We came in on a Friday afternoon and were served by the lovely Emily. She was absolutely amazing and so attentive throughout our experience. We’d popped in for some lunch to celebrate an occasion, and she was so kind and made this feel very special!! Thank you Emily!!

4 /5 ball9 carrot: January 18th, 14:30. Even at this time, the restaurant was more than half full. The seats were spacious, and the interior was spacious, so there were many families with children. The restaurant was quite lively. I ordered the cheapest beef burger, which was very thick and came with plenty of lettuce, cheese, tomato, and bacon. The melted cheese was incredibly delicious. The burger itself was a little dry, but the meat was so overwhelmingly strong that it didnt bother me. The fries were just as tasty. The main reason I came here was for the salad bar. I was surprised at how many options there were. I commend the person who came up with the idea of ​​putting pineapple on the menu. The refreshing pineapple was a great break from the hamburger. If you order a drink, theres a drink bar, so you can enjoy it. They have a wide selection of dressings and oils, and even bread... For a food joint, the service is excellent.

1 /5 Carter Louis: I hadn’t initially intended to leave a review, as our server was excellent. The young blonde woman who served my partner and me was friendly, attentive and highly professional throughout our visit. It was genuinely refreshing to receive such good service. Unfortunately, the experience declined when our food arrived. My partner’s chicken burger was visibly pink in the centre (as shown in the photo). While I understand that many restaurants use frozen chicken breast and that colour alone does not always indicate undercooking, it was understandably concerning. What impacted our experience most, however, was the response from the manager. Rather than addressing our concerns with understanding, he was dismissive and somewhat rude. He stated that the burger had a probe mark and therefore it “wasn’t a big deal.” Up until that point, we were not particularly upset and simply wanted reassurance. The manner in which the situation was handled made the experience far worse than the issue itself. It’s disappointing, as the service from our server was excellent, but the management response left us feeling unheard and dissatisfied. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as a more professional and empathetic approach would have made a significant difference.
