1 /5 Raveena K: Unfortunately I have to be honest. We came for a family dinner as we love haveli in general. The atmosphere of the restaurant is cold, rustic and quiet. There was no music playing or any other people in the restaurant so it felt quite awkward and weird. We were hoping the food would be better as we heard they had a tabletop grill where you can make your own food to your own liking as advertised. However when we ordered the mixed grill to be able to use that service, the waitress insisted on standing beside our table the whole time and she cooked it herself in front of us and didn’t let us do it? She then even burnt the food and said it was because she was vegetarian and didn’t know how to cook meat which was very strange. We asked for the burnt meat to be swapped which took almost 20 mins (even after we got our mains) and I had to order it the second time before even getting it. It was a bad experience and even when we wanted to order another drink we would have to go up to the bar and there would be no one there so I would have to wait or say hello to see if any waiters would come to serve me. I would not recommend to anyone thinking of going. Sorry but I have to be honest. It’s sad to say but if there was 0 stars I would do that. The waitress was nice but she kept repeating herself and then standing awkwardly by our table.
