The loaded fries were the perfect combination of crispy, cheesy, meaty and indulgent. The food quality, portion sizes, and overall taste exceeded my expectations. Devin Wiesner Superlative: I got the set lunch menu. The dishes were beautifully presented, well thought out, balanced and seasoned beautifully. The service was excellent and each dish set the bar high and was unique in some way. Praavas delivered attention to detail and skill not commonly found. I savored each bite and at the end of the meal felt appreciative and a sense of gratitude for having this experience. Having said that, the Naan was fresh though a little pedestrian, a bit ordinary, I asked for some mint chutney on the side (for the Naan) and the waiter graciously obliged. I have a sense that the mint chutney was made in house as it was very good and elevated the naan to an exemplary experience. Needless to say I highly recommend Praavas and the set menu in particular, it was exceptional.
