Oliver Barker Great fish restaurant on the royal parade in Chislehurst. Stopped in for lunch on new years day and wasnt disappointed. We had a selection of the small plates and it was great for sharing. The first all tasted extremely fresh and the flavours were great. The menu was not huge which was good too and they had daily specials on. Will be back most definitely!

nawal farooq I recently visited Chickaros in Slough and was genuinely impressed. The food was outstanding from start to finish. I ordered the crispy battered wings, which were perfectly seasoned and had the ideal crunch. The Chickaros loaded steak was packed with flavour and cooked really well—tender, juicy, and full of toppings. The full loaded parmesan was rich, cheesy, and incredibly satisfying. The portions were generous, everything came out fresh, and the service was friendly and efficient. The place has a great vibe too, making it an enjoyable spot to eat in. Overall, an excellent experience. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be returning!

Katja Bratseth During a recent visit to Chatsworth Road, we, two Norwegians with a deep appreciation for fresh seafood, had the pleasure of dining at Cod & Co, and it was an experience to remember. The highlight of our meal was undoubtedly the mussels and grilled fish—exceptionally fresh, perfectly prepared, and bursting with flavor. We also loved the accompaniments—plenty of fresh salad and a creative touch with pickled eggs and onions, which offered a delightful and unexpected twist. It was exciting to taste something new! Of course, we couldn’t resist trying the fish & chips, a classic dish that Cod & Co has mastered. The fish was incredibly fresh. To top it all off, the service was genuinely warm and welcoming. The staff made us feel right at home and added to the overall positive experience. Highly recommended!

Mes V Great time out with the family. About 5 other people in the cafe when we, a group of 8, showed up. Waiter took our orders and food showed up soon enough. Portions were large and food cooked through and tasty. We ordered dessert too and that was tasty and came in good time although one order came slightly later. Toilets are upstairs though so not accessible to wheelchair users. Parking can be found around the cafe, we parked up at the local leisure centre which was about 5 mins walk away. Prices at the cafe were fair considering its location and demographics. We visited during Barking Market day (Tuesday, also on Thurs & Sat) so busy outside but inside it was quieter and a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle outside. Its also about 10mins walk from Barking Station so helpful for those families travelling on tube etc. Staff were friendly (not overly familiar or smiley), professional and got down to serving us with aplomb. Nothing too much for them. One of our party spilt a drink and we had to move tables due to the mess, but we werent made to feel like we were an inconvenience or silly, floor was mopped, table wiped and back to business as usual. Brilliant service! Really helpful people, thank you for having us!!

Yasmin Taha Okay so In the past I’ve only ever been to La Luna for dinner ! But this brunch deserved a review of its own , staff were honestly lovely and really helpful , food was amazing , they even let us order things that weren’t on the menu ! Price for brunch with coffee and drinks for 4 people came to 85£ coming in so much cheaper than I thought ☺️ I will 100 percent be going here again in future thank you la Luna and happy Sunday !
