Clare Marsh Our usual kebab was closed today and I really wanted a shish kebab after a busy day decorating. I collected it myself and was a bit unsure when I went in to the fish inn to get my kebab (with the kebab shop next door) HOWEVER it was the leanest, tastiest and most tender kebab me and my partner have had. The ingredients were very fresh and even dishing everything up separately is well thought out. We both had a combo chicken and lamb shesh and Im looking forward to finishing mine off for lunch! Sandeep Nair Had a wonderful dinner get-together with colleagues at Vanji Restaurant, Pempury. Loved the ambience, delicious food, and especially the quick service. The team was extremely warm and friendly—special mention to Chef Binoy, Reshma, and Sujith for their hospitality. Must-try dishes are the duck curry and Avoli Polichadu. Highly recommended for authentic South Indian food!

ssy k Walked up to the doors for a lunchtime family celebration, the smells from the smoker reaching everywhere and a warm welcome at the front doors. Food and Chefs were quick and the food itself was super tasty, clean, fresh and well presented! Charlie looked after us and was always attentive. Can not fault him and his wonderful manners! Really made us feel at ease and relaxed. Great restaurant and should be shouted about more!

Raymond S This is a really lovely cafe in the High Street of Uckfield. There is a very good selection of cakes and sandwiches. On offer are Gluten Free options for sandwiches with GF bread and some of the ddd as Jed are also GF. The staff are allergen aware and even asked if I was a Coeliac (which I am). I have visited a couple of times now and will return.

Lauren Lake I recently stayed here for 3 nights with my partner after travelling from Yorkshire. On arrival we were greeted by a lovely male who explained the hotel had recently undergone a renovation. The room we had was lovely. Bed was very comfortable and extra pillows were available if needed. Room had everything we needed such as an iron & ironing board & hot drinks such as tea, coffee & hot chocolate sachets were provided. We dined in the pub and the food was absolutely amazing! I especially enjoyed the mexican bowl! Great portions and good value for money. All the staff we came in contact with were friendly, polite & very helpful. We will definitely stay here again.!
