The sound quality is not up to concert venue standards, and broke my own rule not.to stand next to the drum kit, as that drowns out everything! Matthew Bodycombe I dropped in here for lunch today for the first time. I had the vegetarian Chana Daal. It was tasty and well cooked and I was given a choice about how hot I wanted the dish. The meal was good value at £13 with a side salad and drink and the chap there gave me a fresh Naan bread for free. There are two guys there. I dealt with the younger one who was very welcoming. Quite a few people eating there from the local Pakistani community which shows the food is authentic and not like your usual Indian restaurant. I’ll go in again for sure.

Arash Karimi One of our favourite spots in East Molesey We absolutely love Henry’s Kitchen. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is relaxed and cosy — the kind of place that makes you feel at home straight away. The food is consistently excellent. I’ve had a lot of burgers over the years, but Ann’s Burger here is honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. Everything is fresh, well-cooked, and full of flavour. The owner is lovely as well — really friendly and clearly cares about his customers. On one visit, he even brought us a slice of cake on the house after our meal, which was such a thoughtful touch. We usually come by after a long dog walk and sit outside with our dog. It’s a great dog-friendly spot, and it’s always a treat to sit in the sun with one of their coffees — which, by the way, is genuinely very good. Its become a bit of a post-walk tradition for us. All in all, Henry’s Kitchen is a gem. Great food, great coffee, lovely people — highly recommend it.

Anusha Reddy I recently visited Slim Chickens, and let me tell you—this place slaps. From the moment I walked in, the vibe was chill, clean, and welcoming. Staff were super friendly and actually seemed happy to be there. The chicken is Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. I ordered the buffalo wrap meal and Coke. It was honestly comfort food on a plate. The Reaper and Blue Cheese deserve their own fanbase.

Kerry Sieger My sister and I went to Brasserie Blanc on a whim. French just sounded better than Italian, which had been our original plan. We are so glad we went! Everything from the service to the food to the ambiance was wonderful. I had escargots and sautéed mushrooms and artichoke hearts, finished with an apple tart. My sister had pate and pan fried trout finished with pistachio soufflé. We both had a glass of wine (Pinot Grigio and Sauvignon blanc, respectively). Every bit of the food was delicious. And the service! I jokingly mentioned to the waiter that I thought the vegan mushrooms and artichokes would taste better sautéed in butter, and he must have spoken to the chef because voila there was a distinct butter taste to my meal! The hostess was very friendly too, telling us the signature dessert (pistachio soufflé) and also mentioning the loyalty program at the restaurant (Le Club), which gave us a 25% discount. My sister and I enjoyed both the food and the service so much we’re planning to return tomorrow night, our last night in London, to try all the foods we didn’t get a chance to try tonight. I highly recommend Brasserie Blanc, especially the Chancery Lane location!
