3 /5 Gargi Talukder: Unfortunately, the day we visited for lunch, it was raining heavily but the staff were incredibly kind and understanding. They let us dry off in the restroom and showed real compassion, which made a big difference. We didn’t have to wait long for our food, and the portions were generous, we even had to take some away. The bill was reasonable, and the overall vibe of the restaurant was cozy and inviting. It spans three floors, with the second floor being ideal for larger groups. The food presentation was lovely, and the flavours were decent, though not the best Italian we’ve had in London. Still, a pleasant experience overall, thanks to the warm service and atmosphere.
