Vivika Ward Hands down, one of my favourite restaurants in Hastings. Had fantastic meal here! Atmosphere great, service fantastic and food always outstanding! Must try place when in Hastings! We had mussel, skate wing and sea bass, all dishes were very tasty. Cheesecake for dessert was fluffy and moreish! Oh, almost forgot, great wine! Can’t wait to visit again!

Houssam Selma I just want to say a huge thank you to Ben, the owner, who’s been an absolute gentleman! I recently hired the downstairs venue to host my partner’s baby shower and birthday, and the staff were nothing short of incredible. Big shoutout to Fred and the whole team for making the day so special! We had such a wonderful experience — everything went perfectly — and I honestly can’t wait to hire the venue again. Giles Robertson Absolutely delicious! Beautiful tartare to start, accompanied by a crisp salad and cheese dumplings. The mushrooms and pickled chilli really made the dumplings sing. Highlight was definitely the devilled mackerel. Amazing flavour and a generous portion. The wine list is also great, with the orange and rose wines matching perfectly with delicious plum ripple ice-cream and grapefruit meringue pie.

fairfield09 Despite it being the night before a new menu, so many items had been run down and werent available, the crispy haddock was delicious, great chips and minty mushy peas were well worth it. Great , friendly service. Dessert of blood orange posset, too much!! Really rich, wonderful flavour, the crystallised orange peel and tiny amounts of gel were excellent but the portion was too big for the richness, which was my only complaint!!
