5 /5 Amela Elezi: I recently visited this Turkish restaurant and had a lovely overall experience. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the place was very clean, tidy, and nicely presented. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted politely and seated quickly, even though the restaurant was quite busy. We were offered complimentary bread and sauces at the beginning, which was a really nice touch. The bread was warm, soft, and absolutely delicious — a perfect start to the meal. The starters followed soon after and were full of flavour, fresh, and beautifully presented. The main dishes were just as impressive — tasty, well-cooked, and with a great selection to suit everyone’s preferences, including vegetarian options and even burgers. You can really tell the food is made with care and good-quality ingredients. The only small downside was that the drinks took a little longer to arrive, but it seemed there was only one barman working hard while the restaurant was quite busy, so that’s understandable. The service overall was good, and a special thank you to the manager who was very attentive and made sure we were comfortable and enjoying our food. His professionalism and friendliness stood out and made our experience even better. A lovely restaurant with great food, a nice atmosphere, and kind staff — I’d definitely recommend it and look forward to coming back again!

1 /5 Aleksandra Kaplon: Arrived on valentine day and got annoyed already while waiting for the table as stuff seemed to be absolutely disorganised. Half of the place was empty and they couldn’t handle few customers. We ordered food from extremely confusing and only available valentine menu (crazy overpriced) 3 calamari pieces as a starter Store bought bread (not even baked there, just reheated) and some hummus. We asked for more bread so that we could eat the hummus and waitress took the basket with our last 3 pieces of bread and never came back, after 15 min of waiting we had to ask again, already annoyed. It’s been 1 hour and we did not receive our mains even though we finished started long time ago since there wasn’t even much of it. We had to take rest of the food Take away as we run out of time already. I understand waiting time when you’re busy, but you had more than half empty tables, this was ridiculous. Food itself wasn’t anything extraordinary, and I wouldn’t willingly go back there again. Waitresses running around and laughing with each other instead of doing their job properly, forgetting everything after few seconds. I also got a mocktail with strawberry, except the fact that it tasted like pure ice with no flavour, it was the pure ice with no flavour. It was impossible to drink it with straw even after 1 hour of waiting, literally all my drink stayed there and we got charged for It anyway. Horrible experience especially on valentine day.

5 /5 A Anu “MissyAA”: We’ve visited Mangal Maze several times and it never disappoints. The food is always amazing, fresh, full of flavour, and perfectly cooked. The platters are great for groups, and the seafood, especially the sea bass, is incredibly fresh. Lovely atmosphere, fantastic cocktails, and a brilliant if your celebrating your birthday.
