1 /5 Sales Fashion4Less: Date 11/02/2023 Asked fish and egg rolls , cashier gave me meat instead of fish. Went to tell the cashier about that and she was very rude and she has not got any customer service skills. I asked owner’s name and number to make a complaint but she refused to give the details and she put phone down twice. Very bad service and poor food hygiene standards. She should not be dealing with the customers at all. I’ll be complaining to the trading standards and Hounslow council. Expect the visit from them soon.

5 /5 Ishika B: I visited the MoonRise restaurant a while ago and enjoyed the food and the service a lot. And while Moonrice seems to just be takeaway - the food quality is the same and was perfect for a quick food pick up while I was at Hounslow.

5 /5 Francisco Rodrigues: Now this is what I call a place for legitimate food, from veg to non veg, from less spicy to spicy, from Biryani to rice platter of veg and non veg goodies! Small place but one of the most tasty food I have eaten, especially I felt that the food I ate was healthy (the veg rice platter). I would eat this food all my life. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. Tea and snacks are also lovely .
