manju murali The food was absolutely delicious — full of flavour, beautifully presented, and clearly made with fresh ingredients. Each dish had a distinct taste, and the portions were generous. The staff were knowledgeable and happy to recommend their specialties, which made the whole experience even better.

Sian Crump Kierran and Marcin were absolutely A-MAZING!! I have coeliac disease and visited this location with partner whilst on holiday - and I cannot be more grateful to these specific members of staff. They made sure I would be safe to eat, and Kierran even confirmed the paper straws are gluten free for me!! 100000000% recommend this location to coeliacs, especially if Kierran and Marcin are working! Many places don’t go above and beyond with their allergen advice - but these guys certainly did. Thank you so much guys ❤️

Aaron OHara We had some delicious iced coffees a Mocha and a Latte, both were massive. We also got a bacon butty and a meat breakfast. Both again really nice and great value. The service was really friendly and quick.

Laura Hart Had an absolutely amazing time at Canterbury Tails, such a cozy homely atmosphere. The cats are adorable, calm and very friendly, you can see they are looked after well. It was lovely seeing the different cat personalities and reassuring to know they can also go off someone private to escape if needed. The staff were so friendly, really welcoming and seemed to know the cats very well. I was also so happy to realise the cafe is vegan and I could actually enjoy an amazing hot chocolate with cream AND marshmallows! Will definitely come again when I next visit Canterbury.

Lewis Parker Fantastic food and top notch service! Staff were friendly and gracious and couldnt do enough. Every dish we ordered was absolutely delicious. Empty plates all round. Particularly enjoyed the Pollo Parmigiana.
