Samuel Clubb We booked here today but unfortunately due to a lack of water in the whole town the restaurant was closed so we had a takeaway instead and ate it on the floor in the travel lodge. The food was delicious, cooked quickly and a great service ordering the food. We can’t wait to come back when the restaurant is back open.

Paul Aconstantinesei Had a great time at Goffs Manor in Crawley! I ordered a flat white, mac & cheese, and the beeramisu. Everything was really good. The atmosphere was lovely and the service excellent. Special thanks to Madalina, who does her job really well and made the experience even better. Definitely recommend!

j An easy five stars. Decent food, excellent value, efficient service, friendly people. Theres a big old menu to choose from with all sorts of options, but the thing I like best about the Comodor is that if you get a jacket potato you get to choose two fillings - or more for a supplement (theres a similar arrangement for toasties and paninis). And theres a lot of great stuff to choose from. Smoked salmon and avocado jacket potato? Yes please! It was as good as it sounds.

Sara Ratcliffe Lovely place with good food and friendly staff. Coffee was really excellent too. The building is stunning and the loo was nice and clean! Had lots of options and some vegetarian/vegan too.

Divian Narendra Patel Quite simply the best turkish food I have had. Ive best been London and Turkey but this touched new height of authenticity and comfort. A great place to grab lunch, take a date or even a small birthday. Highly recommended.

We ordered the mixed grill and the charsi chicken curry Afghani style, accompanied by freshly made naan breads and a refreshing mojito. The mixed grill was cooked to perfection – tender, juicy, and well-seasoned, offering a great variety of flavors in one plate. The Afghani-style chicken curry stood out with its rich, aromatic spices and comforting depth, making it a dish I’d gladly have again. The naan breads were soft, fluffy, and perfect for scooping up every last bit of curry. The drinks complemented the meal beautifully – the mojito was light, crisp, and refreshing, balancing the boldness of the food. Overall, Zafron manages to combine delicious food, generous portions, and a welcoming atmosphere, making it a place well worth visiting.
