1 /5 Jess Clark: Disgusting is all I can say. The food was inedible. The chicken was vile I cant day a single nice thing about it to be honest. I normally go to Number 8 which is amazing but I had this at a family gathering. Never again!

1 /5 Tanya Nolan: Has to wait over 2 hours for food. When I rang after an 90 minutes and was told it was cooking. Then I rang again at 130 minutes and she shouted at me for not being patient. She said give the driver a chance. I was stunned. She was rude and wouldnt even let me talk. Then when the order came it was missing one of the items ordered. I knew she wouldnt lisyen to me so I just left it. Will not be using again. Disgusting customer service. Waited over 2 hours and was literally screamed at for not being patient.

1 /5 Melanie Hobbs: Absolutely awful, it took 3 hours to be delivered, called over ten times asking where food was and they lied about it being out for delivery as the driver confirmed what time he picked up food. Service was disgusting for a well know company and when we said we will only willing to pay half the bill (lucky to have that) as food was also cold we were told no and the driver informed us they would take out remainder of money from his wages!!! Disgusting and I will never use this Chinese again ever. Food wasnt even good.

Last one ordered a sweet and sour chicken balls along with other meals and after phoning then it took over 1 and half hours for them to send the sauce. Phoned them up after hour and they said they had tried to deliver it. They need to consider customers
