5 /5 Manav Srivastava: Amazingly tasty Paratha’s. Loved the Aloo and Gobhi ones. The masala tea was just awesome and choley bhature were good. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Felt like I have reached Punjab for a great breakfast in Oxford. Thank you Punjab Sweets & Snacks ❤️❤️

1 /5 John Samuel: Had a chicken biriyani from here. Its cash only. Wost biriyani ever I tasted in my life. Its just a half cooked chicken smells raw with turmeric water everywhere in rice . All I can taste is strong turmeric powder and a tasteless chicken.

4 /5 Dessil: Went to get some pubjab sweets and chai and it was really lovely!! The staff was really nice and the price is great as well. The only point of improvement will be to actually have the name of the sweets and allergies included. There was no indication of how much each of the pieces costs and it would have helped a lot to have the price and the name of the sweets so that it was easier to order rather than asking the staff for each items.

1 /5 Waqar ahmed Khan: Today I visited this shop around 8:58 PM and placed a very simple order: just 2 puris with halwa. After waiting for more than 20 minutes, I politely asked about my order at 9:20 PM. To my surprise, the staff (Her) responded by saying they were having their dinner, and that’s why my order hadnt been prepared yet. I was genuinely shocked by this response. All that time, I assumed my food was being prepared, but no one informed me of any delay or reason for it. When I expressed my concern, the response I received was, “We didn’t eat all day and we were very hungry.” While I completely understand that staff need breaks, it’s unacceptable not to communicate delays to waiting customers—especially for such a small order. This lack of professionalism and courtesy was disappointing. It felt like the staff prioritized their own comfort over customer service. Sadly, when I finally received my order and reached home (about 10 minutes later), the puri was hard and the halwa was cold—clearly not freshly or over cooked prepared. To the shop owner: I strongly urge you to pay closer attention to how your staff is handling customers. A business can only grow if customer satisfaction is a priority. If employees are careless, it reflects poorly on your reputation and will drive customers away. Based on this experience, I do not recommend this place and won’t be returning.

5 /5 Rohan Mukhija: Fresh sweets and Samose. 10/10 recommended.. I did not expect to find such a gem in Oxford. I found toshe(shakar paare) which is hard to find even in London. Will definitely come back.
