The chicken 65 was equally impressive, crispy on the outside yet succulent inside, with a subtle heat and aromatic seasoning that lingered pleasantly. The lamb biryani was a true highlight of the meal, rich in aroma and depth, with perfectly cooked lamb that was soft and flavorful, blended beautifully with fragrant basmati rice and traditional spices. The Kerala paratha was soft, flaky, and fresh, complementing the curries wonderfully, while the dosa was light, crisp, and expertly prepared, adding an authentic South Indian touch to the spread.
