Kings Of Thai -

Rating: 2.8 /5
Gareth Walford The worst meal I have ever eaten anywhere in my life! I found both pork and shrimps in my Tom yum soup despite neither being on the list of ingredients. The pad Thai was completely inedible and went directly into the bin. The only thing worst than the food from this restaurant is having to deal with “customer service” at Deliveroo who are the most useless human beings to ever be tasked with resolving an issue.

Sagye - Canary Wharf -

Rating: 4.6 /5
Lily It’s genuinely hard to find Korean food in London with this level of quality at such reasonable prices, and Sagye really stands out. The pork bone soup was incredibly comforting, perfectly with rice. The spring onion fried chicken was a highlight, super crispy, loaded with spring onions, and not greasy at all. We also loved the kimchi fried rice The atmosphere was lively, perfect for a casual meal with friends.

Sonia Fletcher Great neighborhood restaurant. Best meal weve had in ages. The food was faultless. The octopus particularly good. Love the concept of sharing dishes (although not like tapas as they come one at a time) - but you dont have to have it like this. Wine is rather pricey. All of the staff were particularly friendly and accommodating. Loved seeing the kitchen at work. We will definitely be back as the season changes.

Coco di Mama - Pasta Kitchen - Broadstairs -

Rating: 2.3 /5
Nick Foreman My girlfriend and I started to use Cocos in lockdown and it was delicious. They were generous with fillings and was very tasty. We have used them regularly. Sadly, now, we just ordered and my Bolognese pasta had hardly any Bolognese (it seemed like a teaspoons worth), and my girlfriends pasta was overcooked and her lentils were bland. Very disappointed this time around.

Brother Marcus Spitalfields - Tower Hamlets

Rating: 4.7 /5
Paul Hooper Brother Marcus has been on my list forever, and it didnt disappoint. Mediterranean food done right. Everything felt vibrant, comforting, and clearly made for sharing. The roasted beetroot houmous with warm pita was a great way to start, the prawn bisque pasta was rich and really satisfying, and the bream was cooked beautifully. The kofta and roasted chicken were both full of flavour, but special mention has to go to the whipped feta served with the salad.. honestly godly and very addictive. A great spot for a relaxed catch-up with friends. Would happily come back.

DYL N STUFF The food was great, however the chips went cold quickly (this was in winter though). The staff were really friendly and helpful. I would 100% go again.
