3 /5 Clare Lush: Had the pie before, proper pie needs proper gravy made with meat juices. This time i had the mushroom pie. Filling good but pastry had an extra herb in it? Thyme, dill or something - not needed. The piefilling makes the pie sing and really good pastry compliments the filling, no need to enhance it.the 2nd pie was served with meat gravy. Thats a nono, i am afraid, added to the dusappointment the frangipan dessert was vv dry and did not feel home made. Thank goodness the portion was small. Sorry to say after sooo much success, this was not worth the money.
