5 /5 • naho: amazing food and service. atmosphere was chill and wonderful, great to bring your kids here!! the chicken ramen soup (kids menu) was delicious, the little one loved it, very filling. i had the duck noodles, crispy duck, variety of flavours with the noodles and veg- stunning. hakim and clinton - you were superb!! your hospitality was outstanding and welcoming. will be back again!!

5 /5 R Sol: We had a really enjoyable dining experience at Wagamama in Brent Cross Shopping Centre. The atmosphere was welcoming, perfect for a tasty break during shopping. We started with the duck gyoza, which was absolutely delicious and a perfect starter. For our main dishes, we ordered the chilli chicken ramen and the steak teriyaki soba, and both were amazing. The ramen had a great kick of spice and rich flavour, while the steak teriyaki soba was perfectly cooked and very satisfying. To finish, we had matcha and chocolate ice cream, which was the perfect sweet ending to the meal, creamy, refreshing, and not too heavy. Overall, the food was fresh, well presented, and full of flavour. The service was quick and friendly, and we left very happy and full. Highly recommend Wagamama at Brent Cross for a great lunch spot!

1 /5 Alexandra Badoi: Hi Wagamama Team, I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent order placed through Deliveroo. Unfortunately, when the food arrived, the ramen and noodles had completely spilled inside the driver’s bag. The containers didn’t seem properly sealed, and by the time it reached us, everything was soaked and completely inedible. One of the meals was for my child, so we had to reject the delivery entirely. The issue appeared to stem from the packaging, which wasn’t secure enough for delivery. I provided Deliveroo with clear photographic evidence, but their customer service repeatedly refused to offer any compensation or refund, despite the obvious state of the food. I genuinely love Wagamama’s food — in fact, after this failed delivery, we decided to come to the restaurant to eat in because we still wanted to enjoy the meal. However, this experience with Deliveroo reflects on your restaurant as well, since customers naturally associate the overall experience with your brand. I’d really appreciate it if you could raise this issue with Deliveroo directly and request that they refund my order. Since the packaging originated from your end, your involvement would likely carry more weight and help resolve this fairly. Thank you for taking the time to read this and for looking into it.
