1 /5 Elangovan Smn: We had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at this restaurant.
From the moment we walked in, we felt unwelcome. The staff were visibly dismissive and made facial expressions that made us uncomfortable. We were told that “their customers are coming,” which was confusing and insulting, we were customers too. We were dining with children, and instead of being accommodating, the staff appeared irritated by their presence.
It genuinely felt as though other guests were being prioritised over us, and the way this was handled made us feel disrespected.
The food only made things worse. Several dishes were poorly prepared — undercooked, hard in texture, and had an unpleasant smell. The quality was far below expectation. On top of that, part of our order was taken incorrectly.
Overall, the service was unprofessional, the atmosphere unwelcoming, and the food quality unacceptable very hard and stinks a lot even a roadside shop would taste good. We paid like every other customer and expected basic courtesy and decent food. Unfortunately, we received neither.
