3 /5 SUMAYA: I am writing to share some feedback about my visit today, as it was a very special day for me—my 50th birthday. I decided to celebrate with my family and friends at your restaurant because I have had great experiences in the past. I have always enjoyed the food, and the service has previously been excellent, which is why I chose to return for this important occasion.
The restaurant was understandably very busy today, which I completely understand. However, during my visit, I encountered behaviour from one specific waiter that I felt was unprofessional. From my perspective, he pointed at me with his hand and was chewing gum while speaking to us, which came across as disrespectful.
At the end of our visit, when I went to pay, I asked him what was wrong with the service. His response was to tell me to “go away,” which left me extremely disappointed, especially on a day that meant so much to me.
I am sharing this because I value your restaurant and the good experiences I have had in the past. I hope this feedback helps improve customer service so that other guests can continue enjoying the welcoming atmosphere I once knew.
