Asakusa London - (Near Camden, london)

Hok Lim Cheung Ordered 2 solvalaki and a wrap, all three tasted really nice but the beef was a bit too brunt so its a bit bitter. Ordered on screen and waited for a long while so went to ask what happened. Seems like our order has been missed but the gentlemen (who looks like venom, Tom Hardy) had quickly come and saved the day. Would be better if they include an option in the screen where customer can opt-out ingredients. My sis cannot tolerate onions so it could have been easier for her to not have it inside

Ayo makan This must be among the best gozleme places in London. The couple running it are very nice and attentive, the selection of different gozlemes and how to eat them is great. Their lamb gozleme wrap is insanely good, but the box format is a bit more manageable. Great prices as well for such a centric London location.

Amy Mori Really cant think of anything bad to say about this place. I travel an hour from south London to come here. The food is outstanding, there is nothing they cant do. My favorite is the pork souvlaki. Decided to try some dessert this time as well, loved the orange cake. Dolmades and saganaki both amazing. Really nicely decorated inside too. And the service is fantastic, they are so friendly and attentive.

The food was genuinely delicious and well prepared, but what really stood out was the service Jamshid was amazing, attentive, friendly, and made us feel very welcome without being overbearing. The atmosphere is lovely, and the interior is especially beautiful, with a warm, stylish design that makes the place feel inviting and relaxed. Definitely an amazing spot I’d be glad to return to. From the moment I walked in, the ambience was breathtaking — elegant, warm, intimate, and beautifully put together. The whole setting felt special, and the team went above and beyond to make the evening feel personal, even giving us a dedicated, private, quiet table that made the night feel truly my own. The food was exceptional — honestly even better than I expected. Every single dish was cooked with such care and depth of flavour. Even the simple things, like the glazed aubergine, tasted exquisite. And while some of the menu descriptions didn’t fully prepare us for how the dishes actually arrived (especially the lamb shank), the taste more than compensated — rich, tender, and full of flavour. It was the kind of food that makes you stop mid-conversation because it’s just that good. There were so many amazing options for vegans and vegetarians, which is something I always notice and appreciate. The standout for me was the British Burger — generously portioned, perfectly balanced, and honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. The staff were kind, attentive, and incredibly professional. They managed to be present without ever being intrusive, and they made the entire experience feel relaxed and seamless. The surroundings were beautiful, the energy was refined, and I felt so comfortable and celebrated — especially getting to wear such a lovely dress in such a lovely environment. All in all, GAA Kings made my birthday unforgettable. I always choose beautiful places for my celebrations, but this one genuinely stands out. I didn’t share the pictures of my friends, but I did share one of myself — and that alone says how happy and confident I felt in the space. Thank you for creating such a memorable evening.
