From the moment we walked in, she was warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. It wasn’t just about taking the order — she made sure everything was right, checked in on us, and handled everything with a calm, friendly attitude even though it was clearly busy. That kind of care makes a real difference when you’re out with family. What stood out most was that she went the extra mile without being asked. She made us feel welcome, valued, and comfortable throughout our visit. It’s rare to see that level of genuine customer service these days. Thank you, Joli, for making our experience at Popeyes Lewisham Centre such a pleasant one. You’re a real credit to the team. We’ll definitely be coming back.

Shakti Ghimire I visited this amazing hotpot and BBQ spot in Bexley, and it’s a fantastic place to take the kids for a fun experience. I’m usually quite indecisive when it comes to choosing between BBQ and hotpot, so having both on one table is a brilliant idea. I enjoyed it to the fullest! The food, from the lamb to the more traditional dishes, is lovely. It’s an all-you-can-eat buffet that really caters to everyone. My 12-year-old son and 6-year-old girl both had a great time. The staff, especially Deepak, were brilliant—not only was he professional, but he was incredibly kind and helpful whenever we needed assistance. My kids absolutely loved the variety; they could get their sushi and ice cream fix while we parents enjoyed the hotpot. This has definitely become our new go-to spot!

Tivi Naves Local gem. Was meaning to give this restaurant a try for a while. It is now my go-to place for a takeaway or dine-in. The restaurant is located by belsize village, just a little bit to the side. There are enough sitting tables outside, as well as inside. The window fully opens, making it an open plan sitting space with fresh breeze. As you enter, staff welcome you with a smile. I also noticed a lot of people come in regularly, based on how they were welcomed. That is telling of a restaurant being welcoming and offering good quality dishes. We went for a shareable duck and watermelon salad, which came out fresh, with fresh and crispy herbs, fresh fruit and tender pieces of duck. The portion was very generous. For seconds we had sweet and sour prawns and pork belly with rice, both were superb. Very high quality food, very well prepared. The portions were generous, we even asked for the leftovers to be packed as it was enough food left for later. Overall, the menu offers a wide range of options to choose from. A mocktail was as well very generous and tasty. Drinks menu has a lot to offer. Very happy to find this gem. Will definitely be supporting this small local business in hopes they remain open and continue with this standard.

Samrat Mitra Ethereal tastes comes to mind on the birthday lunch we just had at Indiawaale in Pinner. I have reviewed many Indian restaurants and have been happy with them but this one floored me with their house special Lamb curry on the bone, their starters like avocado kale chat, fish koliwada(Mumbai specialty) and dahi puri, dal makhni and jackfruit biryani! And the service was amazing very helpful polite and efficient! Top tip: if parking on the service road is a problem there is a multistoried car park very closeby. Visiting once will not be enough ! I will be back!
