Salman Rauf Just popped in for a samosa chaat, and it was absolutely delicious. Would definitely recommend. Authentic Indian flavours, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The place could use some music to make the atmosphere better.

Supersupergirl Cheap and cheerful middle eastern pizza aka naans with various toppings at Gali Grill, Slough. We had the zaatar and the spinach garlic with okra stew ie bamia. The okra they use are like little bulbs and not the long ones. They also have the usual suspects like keema naan, cheese naan etc. Lentil soup was complimentary. Bill was 9.50. Restaurant was spacious and the staff were super friendly.

Tim Blowers Amazing authentic food. My first time eating Afghani cuisine and I cant wait to go again. Next time with a group so we can try the menu. As a solo diner the portions were large, but the staff catered for me and served ¼ portions of sharing plates. Very accommodating and friendly staff that are happy to advise, great atmosphere and most importantly very tasty food. Lamb falls off the bone.

It’s the kind of setting that makes you forget the hustle outside and fully immerse yourself in the evening. Service was a standout highlight, thanks to our attentive server, Saqlene. He anticipated our every need with genuine warmth and efficiency, from recommending pairings to ensuring our glasses were never empty. His professionalism and enthusiasm added a personal touch that made the meal feel truly special—kudos to him for making us feel like valued guests throughout. Now, onto the food: East Eatery delivers on its promise of bold, flavoursome dishes. The rest of the menu didn’t disappoint either; each bite was thoughtfully seasoned, showcasing a harmonious fusion of spices and fresh ingredients. Overall, East Eatery earns a solid 5 out of 5 stars from me. It’s a gem for anyone seeking quality food, excellent service, and an inviting atmosphere without pretension. Her warmth, patience, and excellent recommendations helped us navigate the menu effortlessly. She checked on us at just the right moments without ever feeling intrusive.
