The staff could look after the tables and clean up more frequently. Parking is always on the street if youre lucky as most of their locations are on busy high streets.

4 /5 Mo Mo: This dessert parlour is part of Creams rapidly expanding franchise. Newly opened, it is fairly busy with a large selection of cakes and ice creams. The cakes felt a bit manufactured rather than freshly baked that you would expect of this price tag. The ice cream was nice, a good 4 stars but not like Udderlicious or some of the high end gelaterias in the West end. All that said, the store manager was super lovely and the waffles and sundaes were very good and fun. If there was order at table service and they could improve on the cakes, this place would be rammed with queues out of the door. Pleasant and does the job.

1 /5 Emma Weston: Ordered a some bits for takeaway via Uber eats. We got a milk chocolate cookie dough and a “rich” hot chocolate. The hot chocolate arrived half empty, watery, and without any cream on top, and instead of cookie dough we received a biscoff & strawberry crepe (which was stone cold and congealed like it had been sitting out for ages). If I’d actually ordered the crepe I still would’ve been disappointed!
