2 /5 Susan Dutton: I have used Golden China for the last 3 or 4 years. The food has generally been good. However over the last year or so, the delivery has taken longer and longer and the food has not been hot. I have given them the benefit of the doubt on several occasions, hoping that the service would improve but it hasnt. This evening I rang at 5.25pm to order a meal for delivery at 7.00pm. I repeated that I didnt want it later than 7pm. The lady who took my order twice told me to hold on (she appeared to be taking someones order in the shop at the same time). I hung up and tried calling again a couple of minutes later and asked if she would please take my order without telling me to hold. It is now 7.40pm and I am still waiting for my order to be delivered ...... 40 minutes late so far!! Totally unacceptable. I will not be using them again.

1 /5 Arundel67: Ordered the green curry and bbq chicken..Mixed starters were cold (collected from takeaway). Thai curry was in a watery, oily "sauce". Couldnt eat it. Layer of oil/grease over the top. No taste whatsoever. Bbq "roast" chicken was neither bbq or roasted. Just red colouring slapped on it. Called to complain.. we have been customers for years. Informed that we should order different dishes next time. No apologies. No offer of a refund. Told to bring the orders in so that the chef could look at them! After a very frustrating conversation I gave up. Waste of money. Due to the terrible attitude and horrible food, just lost 2 regular customers.

5 /5 bulent colak: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Had Chinese food here today and absolutely loved it! The flavors were fresh and authentic, the portions were generous, and the service was warm and welcoming. Everything came out hot and delicious. Definitely my new go-to spot for Chinese food in the area! Highly recommend.
