Seiriol Dawes-Hughes High quality food served by charming staff in a classy setting. Great location for a pre-theatre meal. The schnitzel was great and the shared souffle was well worth the wait and made for a fun end to the meal. It was quite pricey but this is central London after all and it felt like a great. It got rather noisy towards the end of our meal as the place filled up to capacity. But would definitely return for a pre-theatre meal in the West End

Bobby Valentine An exceptional New Year’s Day dinner at Rules. The food was outstanding from start to finish — classic British dishes done perfectly and full of flavor. Every course felt thoughtful and true to the restaurant’s long history, and I genuinely loved my meal. A special mention to Katerina, our waitress, who was warm, attentive, and professional without ever being intrusive. Her service really elevated the entire experience and made the evening feel relaxed and special. Rules continues to be one of those rare places that delivers on history, atmosphere, and quality every single time. We’ll absolutely be back.

Nel Kerai Absolutely fantastic food. Every dish had a twist with different inventive sauces providing a great variety of rich flavours, without heavy creaminess. Ice cream cone chaat and candy floss dessert delivered playfulness and originality. Grand yet homely interior with nostalgic memorabilia giving it a comfortable feel. Service was 10/10 with food orders arriving quickly and our waiter was very attentive and informative. A memorable celebratory experience.

Reed Gyorkey Had a wonderful evening on Valentines Day with my girlfriend. The food was delicious and the service was attentive, very friendly and quick. Compliments to the Chef! Everything we tried tasted excellent – incredibly fresh and clearly prepared with great care and passion. You can really tell that a lot of effort and attention to detail goes into every dish. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service was outstanding. A special thank you to Funda and Hasim, who were incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional, and made us feel welcome from the very beginning. Ashraf Abu Rmeleh The atmosphere is classic, and the food was delicious. We ordered the English breakfast, which costs £16.90 per person. They also have a halal version of it, which includes turkey instead of bacon. Highly recommended! They serve breakfast till 11:30 AM
