abdar safi Pizza Kiss on Baring Road is one of the best local spots! The pizzas are always fresh, tasty, and made just right. Staff are really friendly and welcoming, and the service is quick whether you’re eating in or ordering for delivery. Great value for money and always a reliable choice – highly recommend!

Amelia Brickley The BEST pizza I’ve had in London. Truly the tastiest crispiest base, with fresh ingredients, a stunning sauce. The pizza selection was sensational! The staff were friendly and there was a lovely area for seating. I got the Kevin and I would never think to put leek in a pizza but it was genuinely sensational, the perfect soft sweetness blended perfectly with the meat. And the Nduja dip was the perfect creamy smokey sauce that complimented everything so well. If you’re in the area, it would be a shame to not come here!

dimple madnani I went to Saka Maka in Sydenham with my family today. Had a great time. The food is lip smacking. My 3 year old also enjoyed the food. We ordered vegetarian options and were really happy with the dishes. Would definitely visit again.

flat iron square

Flat Iron Square - Southwark

Rating: 4.3 /5
Nicholas Harwood A modern location for the best pub quiz in London, bar NONE. Flat Iron Square is a modern and warm location for drinks, events, food and (most importantly) quizzing. A walk away from London Bridge and Southwark station, its a nice large space for drinks with mates. Food is good, but quite expensive. They offer a rolling residence of cuisines, often featuring fried chicken, wood fire pizza and Greek. Its all okay, the hot honey chicken burger is very very good, but for ÂŁ12 a go, Id try it once and no more. This is the location of the best pub quiz in London. Hosted by London pub legend, Garylee, SpeedQuizzing at Flat Iron Square is a fast paced, fun pub quiz with a number of prizes that totally eliminates cheating by using an app that offers only limited time to answer. If youre looking for a pub quiz, this is absolutely the one to go for. Staff are all very friendly and helpful, bar is always well staffed and things are generally kept in good shape. Top marks for service from the venue itself, but food vendors can sometimes be a bit difficult (put it down to loads of orders). A must-do for pub quizzers.

Alex Henderson Absolutely fantastic food and drink, charming and prompt service, feels very authentically French, cant recommend it strongly enough. The French onion soup was rich and dark, the iberico ham croquettes were so impossibly light they felt like they were made of air as much as cheese - an absolute delight.
