3 /5 Adjoa: “Mid” … Only been here once. I ordered Waakye, hoping for authentic northern aromas and flavour like you’d find from a ‘Hajia spot’ in Ghana.
The presentation of the meal was good. Its nice that it came with egg, spaghetti, gari and salad, stew and shito.
There was nothing special about the Waakye- tasted like any other. The portion of rice was small for a £15 meal. The stew was a little watery. The salad could do with being a crunchy salad to add varied texture to the meal.
The service, could do with some coordination, energy and a smile.
