5 /5 Barnaby Glover: I had such a great experience at the Nando’s in Finchley. The food was spot on — exactly what you want from Nando’s — but what really made the visit stand out was the way we were treated.
A huge thank you to Berkan- the general manager- who was incredibly warm, present, and genuinely cared that everything was right. You could tell it wasn’t just a job to him. Asim was also brilliant — friendly, attentive, and just made the whole experience feel welcoming.
Honestly, this was the best customer service I’ve ever had at a Nando’s, and probably better than most high street restaurants altogether. It felt personal, not rushed, and like the staff actually wanted you to enjoy being there. I’ll definitely be coming back.
