Kiran Nisar Absolutely outstanding – Megan made the night unforgettable This was my third time coming to The Griffin at Kingston, and somehow it just keeps getting better. I brought my friend here for his birthday and it was honestly incredible from start to finish. Megan was absolutely wonderful — so sweet, attentive, and genuinely kind. The service was perfect and made the whole evening feel special and relaxed. You can really tell when someone cares, and Megan truly does. Now the food… WOW. The vegan options here are out of this world. We had the mushroom kebab and the Christmas kebab, and both were spectacular — deeply flavourful, perfectly cooked, and honestly some of the best vegan food I’ve had anywhere. Just absolutely delicious. And the cake! The raspberry vegan cake was unreal. Even my friend, who isn’t vegan, absolutely loved it — which says everything. He was genuinely blown away by how good everything was. The atmosphere, the service, the food — everything was spot on. This place is a total gem, and I’ll be coming back again and again. Huge thank you to Megan and the whole team for such a memorable night. Highly, highly recommend.

H K “H” Honestly, from the second I booked to the moment I walked out the door, it was spot on. I was welcomed with such a warm smile and straight away felt at home. The staff weren’t just doing their job – they actually cared. Super friendly, always checking in at the right time, and nothing was too much trouble for them. And the food… wow. Every single bite was full of flavour, cooked perfectly, and looked amazing on the plate. You can tell they put real love into it. I left feeling full, happy, and already planning my next visit. If you want great food and the kind of service that makes you feel special, this is the place.

Lamya L I didn’t know South American food at all and it was a real discovery. I was recommended the pupusas, so I had the beans, plantain & cheese and the spinach & cheese — they were really, really tasty. I absolutely loved them, I genuinely didn’t know this dish at all. I also had a short ribs & cheese quesadilla to finish, which was a real treat. Big highlight for the cocktails, especially the margarita — one of the best I’ve had. I’ll definitely be going back. Susan Yau Loved the food and loved the service. Chaze is super, very knowledgeable of the food, food portions, drinks and even recommended a lovely new drink. The food is delicious, I had the breaded sole fish, beautiful cooked. My partner had Jack’s fried chicken, it had a gorgeous sweet hoisin bbq glaze. Worth every penny. We booked in advance, and had a lovely table looking over the Thames. Atmosphere was good, I liked the quirky ships, but I marked down the atmosphere because we prefer a quieter setting, as opposed to thumping music. I was little hoarse after, having shouted at my partner all night trying to have dinner conversation. We will be back again. But as my partner puts it, maybe not right away because we’d like our hearing to back first. Overall, lovely food, perfect service. Thank you.

Amy Mori Really cant think of anything bad to say about this place. I travel an hour from south London to come here. The food is outstanding, there is nothing they cant do. My favorite is the pork souvlaki. Decided to try some dessert this time as well, loved the orange cake. Dolmades and saganaki both amazing. Really nicely decorated inside too. And the service is fantastic, they are so friendly and attentive.
