5 /5 Teresa Williams: I had a great stay at Premier Inn London Bromley Hotel. The hotel is clean, modern, and very well maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment from the moment you arrive. The room was spotless, quiet, and extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help, making the whole experience even better. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free, and the overall service was excellent. The hotel is in a convenient location with easy access to transport links, shops, and local amenities. Overall, this Premier Inn offers excellent value for money, reliable quality, and a very pleasant stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

5 /5 George Houstoun: My wife, our four-year-old granddaughter and I have stayed at this hotel several times in the last few months. Spotlessly clean, comfortable rooms and a lovely breakfast. A special mention for Natasha who always gives us a friendly greeting at reception or at breakfast and chats to our granddaughter. Recommended.

4 /5 Rianne Bryan: I am staying at this hotel tonight as I have done many times before and it is a lovely, clean, vibrant hotel with lovely and helpful staff and a perfect location. If I had to say anything negative it would be that there is one member of staff who seems to have taken quite a disliking to me from the first few times Ive been here, up until now. She is forever side eyeing me, especially when I am with my boyfriend. Shes very standoffish and rude/blunt when she talks to me but seems to be fine with everyone else. I love coming to this hotel and dont want to stop coming here but she does make it somewhat uncomfortable especially as I already have crippling anxiety. All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel.

4 /5 Neil Jones: No Guinness, WiFi performance terrible especially the ultimate. Both ladies on evening and day shift reception welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was good. Location brilliant. Only £5 a day parking. Lost 1 stars due to crappy WiFi, which is typical for Premier Inn
