On top of that, the customer service was outstanding. Rehaan went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and made us feel genuinely welcome. Despite the high quality and variety of the meals, the prices are incredibly reasonable. KT I love Oko Lounge — it’s honestly the best shisha place in London. Mo, Suli, and the entire staff are fantastic: warm, respectful, and always welcoming. The crowd is very decent, and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. I go there almost every day and genuinely enjoy spending time there. The music is great, watching sports there is another level of fun, and the shisha is top quality — consistently excellent. One unique thing I really appreciate is that you’re allowed to bring food from outside, which makes the whole experience even better. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone. Khalid Abdul Aziz Stopped off for a random munch here and was really pleased with the food quality, portions and service. A GDK type of business model/clone but slightly cheaper and larger portions. Thoroughly recommend this place. The Naga Doner was really nice but a little too spicy for me. Returned a week later and was NOT disappointed once again, tried the fried chicken as well. Really nice and would recommend the sandwiches and the fried chicken.

Latecarrot Randomly stopped by for some suya. Thought I might not be able to get a table without booking but they managed to fit me in. It was relatively busy and lots of people came while I was there. The suya was delicious and the servers were very polite and helpful. Also, the prices are really good. Highly recommended.
