The atmosphere is calm yet functional, and the décor is warm and welcoming. The staff are genuinely kind and cheerful, even very early in the morning. They open at 6:30 am, which makes it a convenient morning pit stop for anyone commuting into central London via Thameslink. There’s a wide selection of English breakfast options, sweet and savoury, and you can even build your own plate by choosing exactly what you want. It’s the first time I’ve seen this level of flexibility, and it gives the place a very homely feel. The food quality is great, and a special highlight is the coffee. They serve Kimbo coffee from Naples, one of Italy’s most respected brands, which easily ranks among the best coffees you can find. Omid provided truly impeccable service and made us feel very welcome throughout the meal. Also a big shoutout to the waiter who used to be a singer in Istanbul – he was incredibly friendly and added such a warm, enjoyable vibe to the evening. Overall, amazing service and outstanding food. Highly recommend!
