5 /5 Davey Johnson: I’ve no idea when this shop opened but it looks very clean, the staff I’ve been served by on the occasions I’ve been there have always been polite and helpful. All food products are presented nicely and attractively. Furthermore, the Mocha is absolutely the best I’ve tasted anywhere! It beats the usual coffee shop mochas by miles! Recommended!

1 /5 Elena Berezii: I’ve had consistently disappointing experiences at Wenzel’s on Manford Way, particularly when being served by Carolina. On multiple occasions, she has messed up my orders, showing little attention to detail and providing very poor customer service. Unfortunately, it’s not just me — my friends and family who visit the shop have also noticed the same pattern, to the point that we now prefer to go elsewhere rather than being served by her. It’s a shame, because that particular Wenzel’s or any others are usually a reliable place, but this has really put us off visiting this branch.

5 /5 Mohammed Islam: Wow. Gourmet quality at high st prices. Such good quality and taste. The sandwiches and baguettes are as good and tasty as you can get. The doughnuts and treats are so good. Lovely texture and lightness without being greasy and heavy. Sweetness just right without being sickly. The best part is the service. Was very fortunate to have met Ele (assistant manager). She is brilliant and the exact person needed to win new customers. Gave me couple items to try with my purchases and she has definitely won me over. Will be back to buy them all. Was not a fan of Croissnut, I am now.

1 /5 Radu: Everytime i order something they mess up the order or something its missing or its COLD. When i go to the store same thing, but i realise when i get home and open up to eat, Im not checking in the store because i understand that sometimes it happends, so i expect it wont happend everytime, but i had enough. Past 10 orders they were all the same. I dont recommend it to anyone. Two of the Ladies are Romanian so sometimes i talk in their own language and they still mess up the order. That shows how much they care about their clients. I will never step in that place again and i recommend to the managers to hire people that care about other peoples FOOD.

1 /5 Marta Atamanchuk: The food is good, fresh and tasty. But the customer service is awful! Everyone constantly look moody, they never greet their customers, they never say thank you, hello or goodbye. Especially Carolina the assistant manager. She never says hello, hardly even gives eye contact to a person when speaking, always looks moody, annoyed and unhappy I would say fed up. I don’t know how she can manage the place, staff if she can’t manage her behaviour towards the customers. When I come to the shop, I don’t feel welcomed. Just a quick reminder, no meter how good is your food, clean is the shop, we also want to receive a good customer service, as customer we also want to be welcomed to the store and appreciated!!! I was a regular customer, I was coming to the shop everyday for a sandwich and bread but today I really had enough. When I said hello to Caroline and how was her day, she responded without even looking at me, to be honest I don’t think I ever saw her smiling so as the other lady who worked with her today, tall lady with dark hair, I didn’t see her name. Customer service in that shop needs a lot of work. The girls don’t respond to the standards of that bakery. Won’t be visiting anymore so as my family too. I’d rather go Tesco and get a smile and great customer service, instead of coming where people don’t even look at you or say thank you when you purchase something!!!! You will be loosing a lot of customers because of the way your customer service is. I would rate it 0 if I could!!!!
