5 /5 Chantal Asante: My friend and I were searching for a good place to eat and came across Yu Ge, and I’m so glad we did. The food was excellent, genuinely delicious. I’m very particular when it comes to Cantonese food, so the bar was high, and Yu Ge more than met it. What really elevated the experience was the service. Our server, Ramya, was fantastic, warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful. When we couldn’t decide what to order because everything looked so good, she made several recommendations. We ordered every dish she suggested and loved every single one. I would highly recommend Yu Ge!

5 /5 Maryam The Traveller: We tried this chinese restaurants based on google rating and it didn’t disappoint. I would say it was a nice discovery. The whole experience was lovely, starting from the welcome, the ambiance, lighting as well as music was very calm and cosy making it perfect for dining and chatting comfortably. I would like to send my regards to Nathaniel and Ramya as they did their best giving us their recommendations of dishes to try and their service was top notch. For starters we had the prawn toast as well as crispy citrus prawns and the dimsums basket. For main course we tried the argentenian prawn with vermicilli noodles as well as the scallop. I would highly recommend the starters.

5 /5 Gian Cheung: We’ve visited this Chinese restaurant several times and the food quality is always excellent. The Peking duck is outstanding, and the lobster cheung fun and sweet and sour pork are absolutely delicious. The service is exceptional — staff are always polite, friendly and greet you warmly with smiles when you pass the reception. The restaurant is well maintained and the toilets are spotless. The only downside is that it can get quite warm inside, so it’s best to dress lightly. We also felt a bit apologetic bringing our two-year-old as the environment is very nice and quiet. Overall a fantastic dining experience and a place we will definitely keep returning to.

5 /5 Michael’s Reviews: Yú Gé serves authentic Cantonese cuisine with a modern and well executed twist. The restaurant is beautifully and elegantly decorated which creates a very inviting environment to enjoy the spectacular dishes! We were fortunate enough to dine in one of the private rooms for Chinese New Year. What a treat! I highly recommend reserving a private room to enjoy the intimate setting with 6-8 guests. Each dish brought new flavors to explore and all of them succeeded in presentation and taste! The Park Hyatt sets the tone and Yú Gé delivers on execution.

5 /5 Solenne Q: I’ve been to Yu Ge several times, both with family and on my own, and every visit has been a wonderful experience. The ambience is elegant and calm, the service consistently attentive and warm. The gentleman manager (I didn’t catch his name) was very thoughtful and helpful, and Emma has looked after me on several visits, always warm, professional and kind. The food is outstanding. The signature Pecking duck is beautifully done, especially the second course, perfectly balanced and full of flavour. The tofu and aubergine claypot and the seafood dishes, like the XO scallops and razor clams, are excellent too. On my latest visit, the fish I ordered was beautifully presented but turned out a little too firm to separate easily; I appreciated that the staff checked with the kitchen and explained the reason. Still, the overall experience was exceptional, and the valet parking service was smooth and reliable, which makes dining here completely effortless. A solid five stars from me, truly one of the finest Chinese restaurants in London.
