5 /5 Rebecca Best: What a great find, wonderful cafe. Great coffee and superb selection of freshly baked pastries, sweet and savoury. Pistachio croissant truly delicious. Bought take away feta & spinach pie and vegetable & feta pie both really good too.
Friendly staff and lovely atmosphere with classy decor and comfy seating.
We shall definitely be back.
Thanks Amalie Caffe Bakery, you are easily the best in town.
5 /5 Suzanne: We came here for my birthday breakfast, its really special, super friendly and a very nice atmosphere. We had a cheese and ham pie, and feta cheese with spinach and followed baclava, super syrupy and goey, just devine, with two coffees. My husband said it was the best cafe he had been to and I have to agree, the coffees were amazing, and the pastries just the best. Honestly, if you live here or are visiting this cafe is a must.
5 /5 Anil Thapa: Came here for a morning coffee but was greeted with an amazing selection of baking. I went for the pistachio croissant and ice caramel latte.
The pistachio croissant was huge!! Had to share it, although could have had 3 of them because it was so delicious. The pistachio wasn’t over powering and not too sweet, it was in the Goldilocks zone. The actual croissant was soft and flakey.
The Caramel ice latte paired well with the croissant. The latte itself wasn’t too sweet either and the flavour of the coffee was not over powered. It was refreshing just what I needed for a warm Saturday morning.
They have any thing from cakes to pies. It’s a lovely place well decorated and very friendly staff. I would highly recommend this place!
5 /5 Marnie Cavill: The space is decorated with lots of personality, I love it. Delicious feta pie and covered pizza with a pistachio latte and a white chocolate. Quick service, will be visiting again :)
5 /5 Artem Yashkin: One of the hidden gems in Canterbury. Specifically recommend their handmade cakes and ice cream (with such unique tastes as kadaif and dubai chocolate). The service is also nice.
MOHAMMED BIZULHAZAN We were at Margate and tried at Ranis. We loved the food here. Its traditional Srilankan and south indian food was authentic and tasty.
Ioli T Best Greek I have had in England and that comes from a Greek. It genuinely feels like I am home every time I eat from here, the staff is lovely too. Would highly recommend, I order from here at least 3 times a month
Sophia R Really lovely place to eat and have a drink. Been here a few times since we found out the bar area is dog friendly. Food has always been really tasty and hot, with a reasonable waiting time.
Friendly and welcoming staff, who fell in love with our puppy and made her feel at ease.
Nice old fashioned atmosphere, which we love even though were still young.
Seems to attract a lot of mature people but sometimes a mix of ages.
Will definitely be returning
