5 /5 Violeta Yanakieva: Fantastic experience at Pizza Base! The pizza was absolutely delicious — perfectly baked with a crispy base, fresh ingredients, and loads of flavour. You can really taste the quality in every bite. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and the service was great. The staff were friendly and made the whole experience even better. If you’re looking for really good pizza made with care, Pizza Base is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be coming back!

5 /5 suleman baig: Highly recommend Base to any pizza lovers. Wow they definitely live up to the name BASE. the pizza base was perfectly crisp and light. The tandoori pizza and sujuk pizza were impeccable. I prefer a spicier taste to the tandoori was more to my liking. We came for the lunch deal between 12pm and 3pm. The pizza arrived within 10 minutes and it was cooked to perfection. Will definitely be returning regularly, my new favourite pizza place. Staff are friendly too, nice and chill vibe inside.

4 /5 Assyrian Foodie: The pizza was technically good, theyve invested in a lovely pizza oven which would give great flavour. The combination of black olives, anchovies, Marinara and cheese sounded great, but was a bit too bitter for my liking, possibly just preference in taste. The carbonate was bland. No flavour from the pancetta and none from the cream even with the added parmesan. Carbonara is known to be a simple flavoured dish but it just didnt have any dimension to it. Again, its edible, so I ate it. After not eating the whole day youll not complain and say thank you. I was happy the spaghetti wasnt overcooked. That saves a pasta dish. You can also choose between penne or spaghetti for the base. Tiramisu?? Freshly made in house. You cant beat freshly made tiramisu. Very nice.

1 /5 N H: So shocked! Our food arrived cold and one of the items, as seen in the photos, destroyed. While I understand that this has more to do with the deliverer and not Base, the fact that my food arrived in this condition is completely unacceptable. I chose this pizza place based upon reviews and so it pains me to give such a poor review, but what arrived is not acceptable. The delivery persons excuses were just disappointing he kept talking about how he "maybe" had placed another orderr incorrectly on top and didnt want to discuss the condition of the food because he had "other orders to deliver". I pity those receiving food from him. In regards to the food, other than temperature, the Hawaiian pizza had nearly nothing on it. Where was the ham and pineapple???? Nearly none on it! The other one was better dressed but wow, just wow. Overall, pizza was mediocre. I would share more pictures but I am so upset, I am writing his now while my partner is warming up the pizza in the oven (which we shouldnt have to do). I cant believe we paid for these. -------- In response to Bases reply to my feedback: My partner addressed the smashed item in the photos directly and we were refunded. In regards to the lack of toppings on the Hawaiian pizza, I would suggest reevaluating the quality control in your process. A couple pieces of pineapple and ham thrown on top by whomever was making the pizza had several opportunities to be addressed before the lid of the box was closed. As for your third-party delivery service, if they are delivering food badly without care and consideration, that is a problem you may want to consider addressing since regardless of them being a different entity, they still represent you. The pizza seemed to have arrived cold because that Uber delivery person doesnt really care about how he represented your business and product. A shame, for you, but also, you are choosing to employt thwir services. My partner and I looked on your website to try and order directly from you, but it said that Uber Eats is your preferred method of order and delivery. As a paying customer, you are asking me to be considerate, understanding and conscientious of your product putting the burden of responsibility of your product on your customers.... that is not good customer service. I hope you address these issues and improve the quality of your service and product so you can receive better positive reviews. As it stands, I keep my rating at 1 star based on the product and services received.
