Bills Tunbridge Wells Restaurant - (Near Kent, South East)

5 /5 M L: Went to Bills for a brunch last Saturday with my friend for my birthday. Had a lovely time with our server Maddie who made it such a comfortable time and was really accommodating for my dog as well by getting her a water bowl. We were they for her two hours and never felt rushed with anything. Everyone around loved the dog and Maddie made such a fuss of her too as well as the other staff. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will go back.

4 /5 Elizabeth Watt: Came to bills for my sisters birthday! Ordered the gluten free mighty brunch which was huge and very yummy! My sister had the vegan burger which she enjoyed! The service was a bit slow as it was busy so we were there quite a long time and we asked for water a few times which never arrived but it was busy! The food definitely made up for it!

3 /5 G Debz: Visited Bill’s in Tunbridge Wells today for my birthday brunch. At the start we were seated at the back where it was quiet and the atmosphere was lovely. Our waitress Maddie was brilliant – she helped me choose my food as it was my first time eating at Bill’s, and she was friendly and attentive throughout. My partner has a gluten intolerance and was pleasantly surprised by the large gluten-free menu which was a big plus. The food was also very good and we had no complaints there. Unfortunately the experience took a turn while we were still eating, as several members of staff held a meeting right beside us. They were extremely loud to the point where my partner and I couldn’t hear our own conversation, and it made us feel quite uncomfortable. By this point it seemed only Maddie was left to run everything, and my partner had to go and find her so we could pay the bill and leave. It was a disappointing end to what had been a really nice meal. Management should not be holding loud staff meetings during service, especially in areas where customers are still dining.
