5 /5 Jasmine Drakes: Came today for lunch. We ordered the house special and truffle burgers, both with house fries. The food was amazing - I’d never had beef bacon before, such a great Smokey flavour and the caramelised onions on the house special are delicious. The special sauce is good and has a little kick. The fries were nice and crispy and the Oreo milkshake was amazing! We thought it’d be rude to not get dessert so went for the cheesecake with pistachio sauce… wow. Everything was 10/10 and the team were great. 100% recommend and will definitely be returning :)

5 /5 James Kirk: I have never been too sold on the smash burger. Blip has changed my entire outlook. I went for the Truffle Burger with fries. How so much flavour can be packed into such a thin burger is beyond me. Decadent flavour and well worth the price of entry. Fries also go the thin route, but crisp and fresh is perfect. McDonald’s could never. I had to follow up with the San Sebastian cheesecake. Good lord. This alone would have me coming back. Lovely staff. A bit too much of an industrial warehouse feel for my liking, would love to see a bit more personality to match the wonderful vibes and food!!

5 /5 Thairan Chowdhury: I headed down to Blip Croydon today. Arrived at 1 PM, before the rush. Let’s start with the atmosphere. The tables were clean. Cutlery and napkins full. Simple theme. White and gray with some black. Keeping it minimalistic and easy on the eye. I was greeted at the counter with a smile. I placed my order and waited… but not for too long. 15 minutes later. I was presented with my meal. Where do I start? The art of the smash burger lives on. I got the Pastrami burger. Perfectly pressed, dare I say “smashed” 28 day dry aged beef. With a crispy exterior, yet somehow the middle was soft and juicy. The pastrami complimented the beef and that caramelised onion to top it all off. WOW. The truffles fries were skin on fries, crispy in the outside and fluffy in the inside. I loved how it wasn’t too overwhelming, sometimes truffle fries get sickly. These were done just right! Every bite had a bit of truffle and parmesan cheese. The Naga sauce was not too spicy, on the creamier side with a hint of naga and the house special sauce was also lovely. I need a tub of that naga sauce. @blip can I get a delivery of it. I can’t forget the onion rings. Real onion battered and then friend… my brother took the first bite and ASMR. You can hear the crunch from a mile away. So I had to try it myself and it lived up to the echo’s that it made. Lastly the desserts. The San Sebastián cheesecake with chocolate sauce. It was delicate and spongy. Had that cheesecake taste followed with the after taste. I liked how Blip’s one was fresh. Some places freeze it and it doesn’t carry that San Sebastián flavour. This did! Oh and the milkshakes! Both the Oreo and Reece’s were amazing. It wasn’t too thick and the small chucks added to the mouth feel. Overall, I was shocked by Blip and how they meticulously thought out every flavour and assembly of their items as well as everything being of great quality. Excited to go back soon!

5 /5 aaron amos: Food is good! Not to be mistaken for typical fast food. We discovered it Thursday and are here again Saturday. The matilda cake is the best chocolate cake you will have! Good cold but when we ate in tried it warm and its even better! Highly recommend!

5 /5 Anees Imran: 10/10!! Heard about this new burger place that opened in Croydon, so I thought I’d visit with my wife and see how it is. The menu itself is simple with not too many options, which I actually think is a good thing. Less confusion, and they can really focus on quality. We went for the House Burger, which is a smash-style burger with their signature sauces and toppings. We loved the buns, instead of the usual brioche or standard buns, they use potato buns, which were soft and almost foamy in texture, really nice. The meat was cooked perfectly, and the sauces and toppings were balanced just right. I’ve had some awful smash burgers before, but these guys really "smashed" it, especially considering they’ve just opened. We also got the Buttermilk Chicken Burger, which ended up being my favourite. Hands down one of the best chicken burgers I’ve had. Same soft potato buns, and the chicken was so succulent and tender, really easy to bite into. The house sauce worked perfectly with it. I asked them about it, and they said they only use chicken thighs, not breast, which makes sense as it’s much softer and juicier. We had a meal with this so it came with chips, and we noticed they had some interesting sauces. We tried the Jalapeño and Naga sauces. The jalapeño one was our favourite, something new to me, not too spicy, but full of flavour. My wife loved it. The naga sauce was also really nice, had that signature naga kick without being overpowering, just the right amount of heat where you can enjoy it without needing to down water. Finally, we ended it off with the Banana Pudding. I’d tried this recently from another local business and wanted to compare. This one was really good, not too sweet (I’m not a sweet tooth and usually get sick of overly sweet desserts), but this had just the right balance. Overall, really impressed. Great food, simple menu, friendly vibe. I’d definitely go back again. Next time, I’m looking forward to trying their hotdogs and milkshakes!
