Caffè Concerto Whitehall - (Near Westminster, South East)

4 /5 Sophie Foster: An inviting cafe with a delicious display of cakes and sweet treats. This is what made me want to go inside. The decor is stunning and the staff were attentive. The cakes were really good. I had the Dubai chocolate cake and my partner had the pistachio honey cake and we both said we would recommend. I would say it a little on the pricey side though, at £12 each for a cake. We had 2 cakes and 2 drinks and it came to over £40 with service.

5 /5 Katarzyna: Amazing atmosphere and very beautiful interior! I enjoyed my meals a lot especially the truffle starter! We were very welcomed and taken care of by the stuff, special thanks to our waiters Usama and Geralo and the manager which made our evening very special. Definitely coming back here again!

3 /5 Andrew Hubbard: A very elegant café in a prime Whitehall location, and the interior is undeniably grand and inviting — a nice place to escape the crowds while sightseeing. The cake and dessert display looks impressive, and the atmosphere promises a relaxing break. Unfortunately, the coffee was the worst I’ve ever experienced. I had to send it back twice and eventually gave up altogether, deciding not to risk another attempt. Service was polite, but the coffee quality was a major letdown. Nice surroundings, great food and tempting desserts, but if you’re coming specifically for coffee, this was a real disappointment.

3 /5 Cyrus Park: Stopped in for a late lunch/early dinner. Given its location, it was a convenient stop as we made our way from Buckingham Palace to Trafalgar Square. It’s on the main road so a good spot for people watching. Food, service, and atmosphere were satisfactory. High client traffic and turnaround, so the staff kept busy. Visited during October so slightly cooler weather. We had a table near the door which kept opening and closing when people came in and out so best to take a table in the rear of the restaurant if you want to warm up.

5 /5 Dee Edwards: I came Tuesday 24th February early afternoon for a pre theatre lunch. The service was wonderful. They were very short staffed but honestly you would not know as the manager and the server worked so hard and seamlessly. They were very polite, professional and attentive. I had booked a table for three for my mother’s birthday as this is her favourite Cafe Concerto in London as it looks quite opulent and has a nice atmosphere. The food was really good. The mushroom arancini balls were delicious as was the calamari for starters. Very fresh and big. We had a combination from the menu and everything was delicious and well presented. They made us feel very special and we had a lovely afternoon. Food drinks and service were all wonderful and we will always come back! We were seated at the back area which is perfect if you want a little bit more privacy but you can still feel the atmosphere of the cafe.
