5 /5 George: Excellent in value and taste. A bit spicy but thats what you expect from this menu! Now on Uber Eats etc too. Photo is a take away.
5 /5 Marie de Waal: I was so excited to see that a new take away spot has taken over this location, even more when I saw it was Sir Lankan food. And this spot did not disappoint. The food tasted authentic and homemade. The flavours in every single dish were just point on. It also is very affordable. And the service was incredible friendly. I am sure going to be back soon.
5 /5 sasu uchi: The takeout feels like stepping into home. The food smells fresh and it tastes fresh too. Very good service and feels like a family have welcomed you into their own kitchen. The prices are so good, and in this economy places like Ceylon Paradise are genuine blessings. Masala chai, rose milk and mango Lassi are all priced at £2 and you can get a main meals for under £10. I highly recommend this place and from now on I will be going back regularly. Just note that there are only 4-5 seats in the takeaway so order knowing you may not be able to eat on site.
3 /5 Vinay Jalla: The food needs to be improved to suit the sky-high expectations of an Indian palate! The people were friendly though. :)
Heres the photo of chilli paneer. It looks like the dish but the texture and taste needs a kick.
5 /5 Pearson-Bourke Georgia: An absolutely lovely place to have so local. Fantastic service, she explained everything to us and great value for money. Only one thing was a bit tricky for us as it was a bit too spicy, specifically the mutton. Will be back for the weekend dosa!
Aisha Rahman We celebrated both our parents 70th bdays at Shapla and really love this place! The food is delicious, and feels like a real treat. The restaurant itself is a lovely setting and the staff are all really welcoming and accommodating. We had the best time celebrating with all our friends and family, and really appreciate the efforts the Shapla team went to to make our celebrations very special. Thank you!
Vaibhav Kukreja The best nepalese food in the UK hands down. I have been to multiple places around Manchester, London, Wales, Bath and so on. But nothing comes close. This is as authentic as it gets!
Mandla Moyo We really had the best team Christmas meal. The team’s feedback: succulent lamb skewers, pumpkin soup like velvet. Very delicate vegetarian options. The steak was to perfection and the goats cheese canapés were a delightful. The rum punch was for the win and word in the table was the non alcoholic was just as tasty. The games provided solidified the night and my goodness the staff was attentive. We wish we took more photos. Superb
Evil Edna This place is truly lovely, a peaceful place in the heart of London. Delicious food which is veggie or vegan, welcoming to all there are lots of different areas including two outside spaces, its really well thought out. I really appreciated the sign about loud hand dryers for austic users. The toilets are also top notch
