1 /5 Kanchan KARKI: Got sick after eating here .we found hair in pani puri which already shows the serious lack of hygiene.after eating here all 5 of us fell sick . Worst food experience.we order 5 samosa chat worse , chips without any dip , something rolls can’t remember the name ,and tea was good overall experience was really bad .after getting sick I did check food and hygiene rating it’s just ‘2’ . I’m not against of this restaurant but you should improve your food and hygiene quality thanks

The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with that perfect blend of modern style and authentic South Asian charm. The staff were genuinely friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome the moment we walked in. Of course, the highlight was the karak chai — rich, perfectly brewed, and full of flavour! We also tried some of their snacks, and everything was fresh, well-presented, and absolutely delicious. The desi breakfast and buns were a real treat. It’s clear that this branch takes pride in both quality and service. Whether you’re catching up with friends, grabbing a quick chai, or just want a relaxing spot with great vibes, Chaiiwala Southall is the place to be. Highly recommended — can’t wait to visit again!
